These are large-sized, high-quality beans, chosen for their excellent protein content (over 41%). This makes them perfect for creating firm, high-yield tofu and rich, creamy soya milk. They are also ideal for traditional recipes like tempeh, natto, and miso.

Because they are whole beans, they are also great slow-cooked in soups and stews.

Our beans are harvested in New Zealand. We don’t heat-treat them, ensuring you receive a pure, natural product ready for your kitchen.

Description

New Zealand-grown, GE-free (non-GMO) soybeans grown in partnership with New Zealand farmers. Pure Oil New Zealand’s soybeans are grown and packaged in Canterbury. These whole beans are cleaned and have a low chaff rate. As they are whole beans they are ready for a wide variety of uses including tofu, tempeh, miso, sprouts, soy sauce and more. You can choose from convenient 25kg bags, larger bulk bags, or opt for bulk purchases, tailored to your needs. No heat has been used to process, ensuring you receive them in their purest form.

  • GE-Free & 100% NZ Grown It can be hard to find non-GMO soybeans, so we committed to growing them ourselves. All our beans are proudly grown and packaged right here in New Zealand, giving you a fresh, traceable product you can trust.
  • Our soybeans offer a high protein content, a minimum of 38%, and remain unheated to preserve their nutritional value for tofu and soy milk production. As our beans are whole, dehulled and not heat treated they are also suitable for a wide variety of uses such as:
